With the archived MLs still publicly available, Jessica Nelson, vice president of compliance and vendor management at ACES Quality Management, said there’s no great cause for concern — but she said there are questions raised by what it means to “archive” resources.
One of Nelson’s bigger concerns is that the “FHA Info” archives have gone missing. The notices can still be received via email, but the public page is gone. Notices received April 1 and earlier link to the archives at the bottom of the page. The link is broken and now redirects to the HUD homepage, and the archives cannot be located on the site.
