Fannie Mae Selling and Servicing Notice, Taxpayer First Act and Use of Tax Return Information

The Taxpayer First Act became law on July 1, 2019 and it includes that parties receiving tax return information must obtain express permission of taxpayers prior to sharing tax return information.
