New SCOTUS petition: CFPB enforcement must be undone if agency is unconstitutional

A Mississippi payday lender has filed a petition with the U.S. Supreme Court to not only rule the CFPB structure as unconstitutional, but also to undo CFPB enforcement actions and/or strike down the law that created the bureau.
