FHA announces enhancements to FHA’s CWCOT procedures, including: a second appraisal upon vacancy; submission of eviction costs and certain eligible property preservation expenses; updated policy and allowable fee structure for independent third-party providers conducting foreclosure sales or Post-Foreclosure Sales Efforts under CWCOT procedures; and updating discounts in FHA Connection and changing to tier-based pricing factors.
