In case you missed it in Seller/Servicer Guide Bulletin 2022-20, there is a new enhancement to Condo Project Advisor effective October 24, 2022, that will allow you to submit project assessment requests and the findings will advise if a condo project meets the requirements assessed by Condo Project Advisor and whether the tool has identified issues.
