SUBSTITUTIONS
Send requests in writing with the subject line "Registration Substitutions" to rcusenza@acesquality.com. In order to guarantee that your name will appear on the Final Registration List, substitutions must be received on or before May 1, 2022.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellations received on or before March 28, 2022: Full refund minus $50 processing fee. Cancellations received between March 28, 2022 and May 1, 2022: Refund of 50% of the registration fee. After May 1, 2022: No refunds. Send requests to rcusenza@acesquality.com.
