This privacy policy describes how Aces Risk Management, LLC DBA ACES Quality Management (“we,”“our,” “us”) maintains, uses and shares information that we may collect when you use our website at, including any information, resources and other materials that we may offer from time to time by means of the Site (the “Site”).

We may change this privacy policy from time to time. Any such changes will be posted here. If we make a material change in the way we use your Personal Data (as defined below), we will prominently note the change on the Site.

  1. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT. Some of the information we may collect when you use the Site, such as your name, postal address, email address or telephone number, may allow you to be identified. We call this information, and other information which relates to you individually, “Personal Data."
  3. Inquiries. If you send us a comment or question or make an inquiry to customer support, we will retain the information that you provide to us for the purpose of responding to you, as well as for improving the Site.
  4. Registrations. If you request a demo, subscribe to an e-newsletter, watch a webinar or otherwise seek to obtain access to certain information and resources on the Site, will ask you to provide certain Personal Data, such as your name, business email address, company name and phone number. In such cases, we will use this Personal Data to fulfill your request, for marketing purposes and as otherwise provided in this Policy. Any e-newsletters or marketing emails that we provide will include a means to unsubscribe from receiving additional such communications.

If you are just visiting the Site and not requesting information, contacting us or otherwise voluntarily submitting Personal Data, we do not ordinarily collect any Personal Data about you except through web logs, as described below. In that case, we obtain the information that you provide and will use it to respond to your inquiry or request. We do not share any of this information with anyone else, except to respond to your request, if you consent, or as otherwise described in this privacy policy.
  6. Web Logs. We maintain web logs that automatically record basic information about everyone who visits the Site. We use web log information to help us design our website, to identify popular features, to improve our Site, and for other managerial and analytic purposes. These logs contain:
  • The Internet domain from which you access the Site.
  • Your IP address.
  • The type of browser and operating system that you use.
  • The date and time you visited the Site.
  • The pages that you visited on the Site.
  • The address of the website you linked from to get to the Site.
  • (e) Cookies. We use cookies and may use similar technologies to help you navigate the Site, to allow us to learn how you use the Site, and to improve the Site. These features may collect information about your IP address and which page you are visiting on the Site, and they may set a cookie to make sure the feature functions properly. Your interactions with these features are subject to the privacy policies of the companies that provide them.
  • (k) Business Transfers. If we were to transfer all or substantially all of our assets to another organization, one of the assets we would likely include in the transfer is our database of Personal Data.

We will fulfill any opt-out requests within ten (10) business days. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the information we collect is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete and current.

We do not note if you set your web browser to send a “do not track” or similar request when you visit our Site, and doing so will not affect the performance of the Site.


We use reasonable efforts to maintain the security of all Personal Data, including technological safeguards, but cannot guarantee that an unauthorized breach or disclosure of such information could never occur.
