Client Relationship Specialist

Specific Responsibilities may Include, but are not Limited to:

  • This is a full time, 100% remote position with occasional travel
  • Support our Automated Document Manager (ADM) Product by categorizing new documents
  • Train ADM in document recognition by identifying document types
  • Review batches and ensure quality and timeliness in client delivery
  • Update and maintain account information and content for our existing clients in SalesForce
  • Take ownership in your training and development by being proactive, asking questions and identifying areas for growth
  • Quickly respond to all client emails/requests
  • Schedule client meetings and ensure timely and routine contact

Specific Responsibilities may Include, but are not Limited to:

  • This is a full time, 100% remote position with occasional travel
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails from clients in a timely manner
