Cancellation and Transfer Policy
ACES understands there may be extenuating circumstances that may cause you to cancel or transfer access to the CAA program (i.e., employee leaves the company). The window for cancellations and/or transfers is limited.

If you need to cancel access to the program because an employee that has paid is unable to complete the program, you may cancel within the first 14 days of access to the program, but a $150.00 cancellation fee will apply. This means you can be refunded the amount you paid, less $150.00.

You can choose to transfer access to the program to another ACES Administrator in the first 30 days of the program. If the original ACES Administrator who is registered is unable to complete the program, it can be transferred to another ACES Administrator within your company. If you prefer to transfer access to the program to a different Administrator, a $100.00 transfer will apply.
