Fannie Mae published LL-2020-10 providing information about the use of the redesigned Form 1003, including: a summary of the timeline for implementation of the Form; eligibility for use before the January 1, 2021 effective date; and use of the redesigned Form 1003 for manually underwritten loans on and after January 1, 2021.
