Fannie Mae has revised the definition of Note in the Tennessee security instrument standard and short forms (Forms 3043 and 3043-SF) to remove redundant language, as well as updated the instructions to the Multistate SOFR ARM riders (Forms 3441 and 3442) to clarify the Pennsylvania authorized changes.
