Freddie Mac enhanced Loan Selling Advisor® to allow Cash-Released XChange® servicing buyers to adjust servicing released premiums based on a loan's property usage type; add critical edit for overall condition type of C5 or C6; add a Preferred Stock Purchase Agreement (PSPA) Resource Center, plus other guarantor training resources; update Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset Updates to support CMT-indexed ARMs retirement; and will soon add a new URL for Loan Selling Advisor’s client testing environment and identify CMT-indexed ARMs as ineligible for sale.
