At the direction of the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (the GSEs) are notifying lenders of the mandatory use of the Supplemental Consumer Information Form (Form 1103) well in advance of the mandatory effective date of March 1, 2023 so that preparations can begin.
