At the direction of the FHFA, Fannie Mae is updating their minimum financial requirements that sellers/servicers must comply with as per A4-1-01 of the selling guide, Maintaining Seller/Servicer Eligibility in order to maintain their status as a Fannie Mae-approved seller/servicer.
