On January 31, 2023, Fannie Mae provided an updated Property 36 REOgram Notification User guide which servicers must review and confirm the REOgram notification in Property 360 within one business day upon receipt of the daily REOgram notification from Property 360 for any Real Estate Owned (REO) property acquired through a foreclosure sale or acceptance of a Mortgage Release.
