Season Greetings everyone! I’m Trevor Gauthier, CEO of ACES Quality Management. For those who don’t know me. On behalf of the ACES Team, I wanted to take a moment to wish you a safe and happy holiday season and thank you for your continued support. 2021 was a year of perseverance and transition as we slowly moved back to some sense of normalcy.

I’m incredibly proud of the work the ACES team accomplished this past year to help grow our product offerings and better serve you — our customers and our partners. These efforts truly reflect our ongoing commitment and dedication to providing you with quality products that help you achieve quality results.

To name just a few accomplishments:

• We added and revised over 8000 questions to ACES Managed Questionnaires,
• We made significant upgrades to our ACES Connect module, our communication portal
• Our team analyzed nearly 400,000 loans to create our quarterly Mortgage QC Trends Reports,
• We also doubled our staff over the course of 12 months to drive scale in growth within the organization and drive product innovation in hopes of continually exceeding your expectations
• And within that our staff we had 6 individual industry honors – really focus on the rock stars within Team ACES. A team cross the board that I am super proud of for everything they have done over the last couple of years. It’s a great team to be a part of.
• We also received amazing reviews over our virtual user summit. That came directly from all of you. But I would turn that back and say that the success of that summit was because of all of you and your participation. I know that its hard to do virtual conferences, we’ve done them over the course of the last 24 months, and you all made that event worthwhile, so thank you.

And speaking to our User Summit. as we look ahead to the new year, I want to extend a personal invitation to attend ACES Engage​ 2022. This exclusive, two-day summit in Colorado Springs, ​is where institutions from across the ​​lending spectrum can exchange ideas for improving quality and mitigating risk.​ ​We are ​super ​excited to see you ​in person at this event. Once again its in Colorado Spring at the Broadmoor in May.
