A special holiday message from ACES CEO, Trevor Gauthier

Below is the transcript for those who have trouble viewing the video.

Season Greetings everyone! I’m Trevor Gauthier, CEO of ACES Quality Management, and on behalf of the ACES Team, I wanted to take a moment to wish you a happy holiday season and thank you for your continued support.

2022 was an incredible year for ACES. We successfully hosted our first ACES ENGAGE event, in Colorado Springs, where we got to see old friends, meet new ones, exchange ideas and learn from an array of industry experts. We also proudly announced the launch of our Certified ACES Administrator Program during the event, and currently have 25 customers who have passed and 25 more who are on their way to being certified.

The ACES team continues to impress me with their dedication to refining our product offerings and their focus on keeping our customers and partners at the forefront of all they do. As always, we are committed to providing you with quality products that help you achieve quality results.

To name just a few highlights of this year:

  • ACES was once again named to HousingWire’s TECH100 list
  • Our esteemed EVP of Operations Sharon Reichhardt was honored as one of the magazine’s 2022 Insiders for her internal company contributions and support of ACES’ clients
  • Since last Oct, we published over 3500 changes and additions to ACES Managed Questionnaires.
  • Added close to 840 articles to the Compliance Newshub along with over 170 calendar items.
  • ACES subject matter experts continue to produce the quarterly Mortgage QC Trends Reports to keep you abreast of the latest industry-wide defect trends.

I also am proud to share with you some noteworthy 2022 achievements which illustrate how our team continues to stay at the forefront of innovation:

  • Mid-year, we enhanced our reporting library within ACES to help align with mortgage quality control reporting recommendations issued by Fannie Mae
  • We launched a brand-new tool, ACES PROTECT, which automates post-close compliance testing. We're getting great feedback from our customers and excited to expand this offering to a market where cost and efficiency have become more important than ever. We look for releasing more enhancements for ACES PROTECT in the coming months, including augmenting the library of compliance checks.
  • The team recently launched new compliance-driven oversight for users of ACES Connect through a new role-based permission system which gives customers more control.
  • Further, we continued to strengthen the ACES experience with numerous enhancements - to highlight a few: we provided better visibility of question codes in questionnaires, delivered a new Servicing Multi-Answer AMQ, improved status checking of vender integration orders, provided better control over exception changes and due dates, and many more...
  • We have many more exciting projects lined up for the new year, most notably a cloud-based data import & mapping tool and expanding our in-app reporting portfolio. Both projects roll right into our overall strategy of providing our customers with more direct and easy access to their data.

As we look ahead to the new year, I want to extend a personal invitation to attend ACES Engage 2023. This exclusive, two-day summit at the impressive Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs, is where institutions from across the lending spectrum can exchange ideas for improving quality and mitigating risk. We can’t wait to see you again this May.

Once again, on behalf of the ACES team, I want to send a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of our customers and partners. It’s been a pleasure and I wish you the safest and happiest of holidays and a fantastic New Year. Thank you
