Season's Greetings everyone! I'm Trevor Gauthier, CEO of ACES Quality Management, and on behalf of the ACES Team, I want to extend warm holiday wishes and express our deep gratitude for your ongoing support. As we step into 2024, I'm thrilled to reflect on the remarkable year that was 2023 for ACES.

We had the pleasure of hosting our second annual ACES ENGAGE event in Colorado Springs, which brought together familiar faces while also introducing us to new friends. It was an incredible opportunity to exchange ideas, learn from a diverse group of industry experts, and strengthen our ACES community. A few notable milestones include:

• ACES President Phil McCall was named a Vanguard in HousingWire Magazine’s annual award programACES was named a Best Place to Work in Financial Technology by Arizent and the Denver PostWe made our 9th appearance on HousingWire Magazine’s list of Tech100 Mortgage Companies.
• Since last October, we published ~8,600 changes and additions to ACES Managed Questionnaires.
• Added nearly 450 articles to the Compliance Newshub, along with over 160 calendar items.
• ACES subject matter experts continue to produce the quarterly Mortgage QC Trends Reports and our QC Now webinar series to keep you abreast of the latest industry-wide defect trends. The ACES team consistently demonstrates an unwavering commitment to enhancing our product offerings.
• Further integration of customer feedback is a core element of our product development strategy. This valuable input has been instrumental in shaping ACES product updates, ensuring they align with the specific needs of our customers. As a result, we can provide high-quality products that empower you to achieve optimal results.

Some noteworthy Product focused achievements from 2023 include:

• Our official launch of ACES PROTECT, a suite of automated regulatory compliance tests that enables lenders to reduce audit time and improve oversight by incorporating automatic compliance testing into their overall QC auditing environment. We’re continuously growing the suite of automated regulatory compliance tests in ACES PROTECT, with TRID Risk-Based Tolerance and Qualified Mortgage.
• Creating a new Data Import beta program. This tool is the driving force in modernizing the way our users import their data into ACES. We are engaged with our active user community more than ever through these beta features. The feedback we receive through this program shapes the future of our products and holds true to our mission of taking a customer-centric approach.
• With reporting being such a key part of program maintenance and oversight, we developed and have begun to roll out a solution for easy data portability and integration of audit data into enterprise reporting environments. We’re excited about where that will lead us into the new year.
• We also recognize the importance of efficiency. So, this year we enhanced reverification management to avoid potential rejections, track the status of orders, and efficiently manage the document flow of manual reverifications.
• On the administrative end, we’ve created more granular control over your user base with ACES loan review menus and the ACES CONNECT feature set.

We're incredibly proud of what we've accomplished this year, and we recognize that none of it would have been possible without your feedback, support, and enthusiasm for our products. As we look to next year, we’re striving to bring you even more advances in automation. We’re eager to expand opportunities for you, our users, to help shape the future of ACES.
