What is changing?

Effective September 10, 2020, the company name (ACES Risk Management) will be changing to ACES Quality Management, while the product name (ACES Audit Technology) will be changing to ACES Quality Management & Control Software.

How is this going to impact the ACES software?

It won't. You can expect the same quality people, behind quality products, achieving quality results. The branding on the ACES user interface will be updated with the new logo during our Fall Release in November 2020.

Will there be team changes?

No. You will continue working with the same great ACES Quality Management team.

Will there be a new website URL?

Yes. The completely updated site will be located at acesquality.com. However, all previous links will redirect, so you should not experience disruptions when trying to access our site. Please update your bookmarks as you are redirected to commonly visited pages.

Are there any contractual changes needed?

No, this is strictly a branding change. Our legal name, ACES Risk Management, LLC, and Tax ID remain the same.

Will you have new email addresses?

Yes. All old email addresses will forward to our new ones, so there will be no disruptions to response times. That said, please update your records accordingly.
